LANDLORDS: We offer two services, a Let Only Service which entails full referencing on prospective tenants, meter reading, utility notifications, check ins and final check outs. or the comprehensive Full Management Service which includes all the above and in addition rent collection, regular inspections and prompt attention to works when required.
TENANTS: All the properties we have currently on the market will be showing on our website, however if you know where you want to be, then by all means contact us and if we dont have anything right away we will do the searching for you.

VENDORS: We offer you no sale no fee terms and conditions, we do not tie you into any long sole agency contracts. In addition to this website we advertise your property on Rightmove and in the local property paper Avenues which gets distributed to over 60,000 local homes, we also create a small booklet on your house to hand to:
PURCHASERS: We will find the property of your dreams, wether we already have it on our books, or if we have to go out and find it for you, we will do all the hard work, then negotiate the best deal for yourselves and our clients.
